Sarah was manufactured in cooperation between Digital Saudi Arabia and QSS, and has been equipped with a smart camera that enables her to recognize visitors and interact with them. Once a visitor greets her with the phrase “Hello Sarah”, she begins providing accurate and professional answers. This design makes it not just a robot, but a unique interactive experience.

Eli Mitri, Sarah’s inventor, explained that the robot relies on his company’s language learning model, which is an artificial intelligence program specifically designed to recognize texts and speech.
